Attention! Warning!

It has come to our attention that someone has made duplicate fraudulent copies of one of our checks and is circulating these checks as part of various scams. So far these checks are made out to private individuals and are for close to $5,000.00. These checks ARE NOT coming from Mad Al Distributors.

Here is an example of a helpful person asking about one of the scams:

To Whom It May Concern: I recently recieved a letter from Community Trust Inc. about winning a grant. There was a check enclosed, the check is drawn from Mad Al Distributors, a Division of RY River Inc, 412 W. 53rd Ave, Suite C, Anchorage, AK 99518, First National Bank ALASKA the Check No is 16512. The accounting on the bottom of the check is as follows xxxxxxxxxxx. I want to find out if this is for real or a scam. If it is in fact a scam I thought that you should be aware that someone is trying to send out checks from your company. I called the telephone number provided and they claim that I was picked from a promotion that was run through department stores. I would like to get information about this. I would appreciate it if someone can let me know whether or not this is a scam. If this is a scam and the information on the check does belong to your company I hope that you will be able to put a stop to this before your company is held responsible. The contact information for the letter I recieved is Community Trust, Inc. P.O. Box 125, New York, NY 10112, Telephone 289-892-3083.

One of these letters from Community Trust that I saw asked for a payment of over $3000.00 to be made to pay the taxes on this "grant". Don't do it!

If you are receiving a check from us that is not for product or services, it is a fraud. These are counterfeit checks being circulated in Mad Al's name. Do not be fooled!

If you have received one of these fraudulent checks, please mail it and any other paperwork from these villains to Mad Al Distributors. Thank You!

Star Wars: The Clone Wars Movie Trading Cards

The Clone Wars brings Star Wars into a whole new diminsion. This groundbreaking animated theatrical feature follows the untold story of Jedi Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi between episodes I and III. Topps has captured all the exciting action of the Movie in this 90 card set. Look for Hobby exclusive 1/1 sketch cards from top Star Wars artists and LFL animators and Sequentially numbered parallels (1:24). Also look for Animated Cel cards (1:6).
The movie hits Theaters August 15th with TV episodes to follow this fall on cartoon network.
